Longitudinal dataset containing detailed clinical and demographic information on 664 early and late stage lung cancer patients diagnosed between 2006 and 2014 at Los Angeles County Hospital and the Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center (separately). Patients in the study were followed from their first doctor visit due to presentations of first symptoms throughout their metastatic progression and treatment schedule. At diagnosis, roughly 62% (413) of the patients had already presented with a metastasis, with approximately 68% (279) of them having multiple lesions. As of August 2015, 369 of the patients were either deceased or in hospice care.
